User's Obligations:

3. Limitation of Liability

Data and analyses are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted nature of the information. GGCAT assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the last 12 months.
